An initiative started by Lalithasri Shankar (Laali), as ‘The Myth’ in September 2020, emerged during the challenging period of the COVID.
At a time when stepping outside felt like a distant dream, we came to understand the profound importance of a healthy lifestyle and mental serenity. The idea of online yoga became a lifeline.
Asmakam is more than a yoga class — it's a family bound by growth, encouragement, and the pure joy of shared transformation.

Our Exclusive Yoga Workshop at Royal Orchid Resort, Bengaluru
Our retreat at Nandi Hills was more than a getaway — it was a return to ourselves. Amid serene landscapes, we explored yoga in its most natural form.
Through immersive yoga practices — Chakras, Flows, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and joyful bonding games — we discovered new dimensions of connection, awareness, and lightness.
We trekked to the ancient 3000-year-old Yoga Nandeeshwara Temple, watched the sunset in quiet awe, and shared meals that nourished body and soul alike.
